Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd is the Southeast Asian regional headquarter of CNQC’s real estate development arm. The Group is publicly listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and ranked on China’s top 500 enterprise. Qingjian (formally known as Qingdao Construction Group Corporation) was established in 1952 to engage in domestic construction projects. The group expanded its business activities to include real estate development and investment, capital management, logistics and design consultancy. Qingjian Group ventured abroad in 1983 and has establishments in over 40 countries and regions including Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania, and the America.
